When Red was Her Bae is a mixed media work rendered in nail polish, embellished with nail jewels, and mounted onto decorative paper which in turn is mounted onto glass. The miniature canvas measures 2" wide x 2" high, and protrudes beyond the plastic frame opening, making the work 4.75" wide x 4.25" high overall, and approximately .875" thick. A large magnet is mounted to the back, edged in washi tape. No need to worry too much on how to display it; if there's a metal surface with a bit of iron in it that needs a quirky touch, this work is ready to hang.
When Red was Her Bae
This is a one-of-a-kind work. While there are no moving parts, deliberate care is needed. If the work needs cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the miniature canvas. If dust accumulates around the canvas and/or in the crevices of the frame, use a small, flat brush and gently sweep. Do not use detergents or cleansers, and do not submerge in liquid.
